Its not a Chilli Pepper but a Bell Pepper. Bell Peppers measure 0 on the Scolville scale, Chili Peppers measure 100! Pepper and chili plants have two totally different geneses. A pepper is a member of the genus “Piper” while chilies are members of the genus “Capsicum.”
