Due to diabetes and several back issues I have severe erections issues. I use an EDEX (alprostadil for injection) 40 mcg injection about 10 minutes before I am ready to have sex and I won't get an erection unless there is physical stimulation. Once there is, I have an erection for as long as there is stimulation, whether it is manual or during coitus. Once I ejaculate, the erection subsides. The appropriate dose is 20ml, and the needle is much shorter. That needle was going into the Urethra and not the Corpus cavernosa.
