I have the same fist. Im impressed, I find that the fingers are too long and at a certain point it starts to hurt when im down to the wrist. btw..I cut half the forearm off because it kept bending and I slipping as I was putting weight on it. frustrated the hell out of me. Now it has more rigidity. Great vid. Try the closed fist version. I like it better. It's just as wide but not as long. For me, it feels a lot better.
