The age of the video should not be causing the lack of the sound track...
With the sound track this would be a really great video to watch.
Could the webmaster contact the uploading member and ask him to repeat the upload, providing the original video used by the uploader has got the sound track.
Many of us would much appreciate a successful outcome.
