Delta type sander is very effective, if you attach a dildo side on to the sanding plate it will vibrate very strongly. If it's a finger and thumb type dildo it works really well on her clitoris. I had a willing woman of older years who would be screaming into her gag when I used it on her. Sanders do leave the genitals very numb though and I don't recommend extended use because of the possibility of neuropathy.
